Trouble!

Why are businesses not saying yes when we call? I think that businesses feel like it's a bit unorganized and don't want to deal with it because we feel a bit overwhelmed ourselves. I also think its because we should have started sooner because people have lots of junkmail and it takes a while to sort through it.
