What Have I Learned? What Has Changed? (from the phone calls)

I have learned how to speak better and now i don't stutter so much when I talk on the phone. I have also learned that making cold calls is hard and that sometimes people aren't so nice. I have also learned that when you are confident, people respond to you more.
What has changed is my way of speaking and trying to sound more confident. I have also changed what I say because if I get used to saying something then the speed gets faster and people don't understand you just like how some people on the phone sound when they introduce themselves.
