My strengths in the work-place would be that I am good at desktop publishing and can make something look presentable. I can also plan ahead and use my time wisely. I know how to behave in the work-place and in formal situations.
My weaknesses are that I don't type fast enough or with enough accuracy. If I was applying for a job it would be my first job so I guess a weakness can be that I don't have experience. Another weakness is that I'm not very organized so I can keep track of stuff but it has to be spread out everywhere and I am one of those people who micro-manage things and end up saying, "Stop. I'll do it."
