What can we learn from the city job fair?

We learned that we need to inform the people that will be attending about what to expect from the job fair and that they may need to apply online. We also need to have businesses that are hiring. We also need to keep people coming so that the employees don't feel like they are wasting their time and start taking breaks or leave early.
